Use a 2000 and run in D-Mod. Basically the car needs
to weigh 1000 pounds and be under 2000cc. Then you can
do anything you desire. I run in E-Mod (2996 cc Turbo)
with slicks and everything. You can do flares in EP
but the rest is really rule oriented.
