I had my 2000 radiator recored with a 4-row "high efficiency" core about 8
or nine years ago, cost $225. The car simply won't overheat now, even with a
195deg thermostat and lots of flogging around autocross courses. I checked
out a custom aluminum radiator, cost approx. $400. I decided to let my
current rad wear out first.
