No one mentions years, but my '85 BMW M535 has ABS (as did all 5ers
starting in '82 I believe), and I test them regularly (!). They are
awesome. It is so reassuring to know that the brakes I entrust myself to
are better than most cars out there!

My ex wifes Chevy Cavalier had terrible problems with the ABS brakes. You
couldn't count on them worth shit.
