Guys, Here's a trick I'm surprised no one else related. I remember reading it in the Datsun Roadster Review...yeah Ross!! You simply take a piece of angle iron, point the 90 bend toward the crank, engage one tooth with the extended side, and place the other flat side against the plate between the flywheel and engine block. Clamp the angle iron in place with vise grips and torque away. No better way I know to r&r flywheels, clutches and front pulleys. Bill Wessel Madison, WI '68 1600, '69 2000, and GP race roadsters |
