I had a similar problem on my jeep. the answer may be (as it was on my
jeep) that the rod from the master cylinder to the brake pedal is too long,
and is not allowing the master cylinder to release all the way. there
should be at least 1/16 th inch play between the pedal arm and the brake
rod. pat 67.5 2000 solex
