Tim thinks speed bumps suck! Can't we think of another way to recycle? I just
speed up for speed bumps to minimize the impact. You can't modify people's
behaviour with a chunk of concrete, asphalt or garbage, silly. Maybe we should
"just say no" to cars with fuel bowl overflow tubes.......
