I guess there are a few of us business owners on the list. I just don't
understand retailers. They generally have this attitude that the customer is
some kind of inconvenience.
I have to scrape for every sales opportunity I get, and then there is no
guarantee of an order, heck I'd be happy with a 30% return. I give 2 chances
and move on, but always talk to the owner and let him know why. If you get a
bad meal at a resturant you need to let the manager know, not the waiter.
