The tranny mount is really not a problem in the conversion from a 4 to 5 speed. 
 I
have the same thing in my '66.  All you do is use the bottom set of holes in 
the in
frame and lower the 4 speed mount to those four holes, not using the upper 
ones.  I
found it is best to cut the mount in half, eliminating the lower set of holes 
and
using the upper mount holes in the lower frame tapped holes.
