Not as long as there's even a dime's worth of "value" in the brand...
A quick trip down a Wal-Mart or K-Mart aisle reveals "Mack" boots
and tons of "stuff" with a recognized labels...once you own the
name you can slap it on anything...Tata "could" call their $2,500
car a Jaguar if they wanted...
