This took me back a few score years to some of my old Brit car experiences.
Today my wife noticed that one of the rear tires on my '05 Miata looked a
bit flatter then the others. I checked it out and sure enough I spotted a
nail in the outer tread. It was raining so I pulled into the garage and
swapped it for the compact spare, thinking I would drop it off at a local
tire shop in the morning for repairs. But the damned wide, alloy rimmed,
low profile beast just would not fit into the trunk of the Miata!
Well, hopefully there are no current Miata owners out there in the same
situation I was in during the'60s when the sequence of British sports cars I
owned were my only means of transportation.
