I agree, the dwell measured as a percentage will be constant for all RPM. What
confused me was the use of percent as a measure of dwell - I am used to using
either mili-seconds or degrees.
Humble apologies for adding 2 + 2 and obtaining 4.5 (sorry, I used my Pentium).
