Check out the latest (Feb 95) Classic Auto Restorer for a mediocre article on
a Jag Mk IX. These are big ponderous beasts, looking similar to 1950's Rolls
or Bentley's. The car in the article is owned by a Kansas English professor
who has owned the car for 25 years.
As usual with a pay for it restoration, he spent way too much, but the car is
a beaut'. Probably not worth the newsstand cost for this issue for that
article, but there is a nice article on steel wheel restoration that makes up
for the fluff of this article.
