Ray,
I wonder if there is a wide interest in reading that article. 
E.g. I don't get this paper here and if there is such a desire for 
spreading this article on the net AND if there is no violation of any 
copyright law, I could type/scan it in and send it out - if you would 
send me a xerox of it. How does that sound? I guess just to be sure I 
should contact the author or publisher of this article. 
Or maybe somebody here knows some _facts_ about this legal stuff?
