>Jeff Dickert -Only one other hand knew an MG?
>My entire office knows. Just ask them.
>"Chris Ball has THREE little MGs"
>Yeah - a TR3, A healey and a Spitfire. Nice "Little MGs"

So my neighbor tells me he keeps seeing this "TR6 like yours" at some shop
and it looks like it might be for sale. I finally get a chance to drive
over to that side of town, and there it is: a clapped-out fiat spyder...

Then last weekend a good friend was in the my garage with me looking over
the sanding/priming job I've been doing on the MGB. When I pointed out the
TR6 body (currently off the frame) that he's seen there for many months,
right next to the 'B, he said "Oh, I thought that was the one we were just
looking at..." It's OK, though, he's the type that thinks its sporting to
get out of his Explorer and go for a drive in his Nissan pickup.

But what about *wheels*? I've noticed that nearly *all* the guys I know
will notice when someone gets new wheels for their vehicle --- I even noticed
the new ones on a friend's Suburban. My wife thinks this is really funny -
how often guys notice wheels - and then wonders why I can't remember what
she wore to church last week, and she can tell you what *everybody* wore...
