Seems to me the cheapest method for eliminating oil spots would be as follows.
1) Park your lbc in a slightly different location every day.
2) Fill sump regularly.
3) Puddles will soon overlap, turning the driveway a uniform black. If your
landlord asks about it, look innocent amd remind him that asphalt is, after
all, oil based. If he still makes trouble over it, point out that he's
lucky he dosen't live on Prince William Sound.(although it would be
interesting to do a study comparing the total amount of oil leaked by lbcs
to the amount lost in a major oil spill)
