Once again, the latest Popular Mechanics has a feature about
Jaguars. It is reported that a new coupe is on the way
styled after the E-type. The spy shot that PM published
only shows the bonnet clearly, and it sure looks like the old
XKE front end. The new car will probably be marketed
with the 1996 models. The powerplant is said to be a Ford based
V8 manufactured in Wales.
Another positive note for Jaguar...I saw an article in the
Washington Post business section recently predicting that
Jaguar will be profitable by the end of 1996. Buy your stock now!
