No.  "sw" = switch (i.e. ignition switch); "cb" = circuit breaker (i.e.  
points).  Since the points short to ground, the wire from the distributor
should go to the "+" terminal (anode) on a positive ground car.  

I'm working from (suspect) memory, so netters feel free to correct.
