True. The ratio between section width and section height is expressed in
percent and is called the aspect ratio, and often referred to as "profile"
as in "low-profile" or "series", as in "60-series". If the aspect ratio
is not given, it is assumed to be 80 or 78.
155 is the section width of the tire in mm when mounted on a rim 108.5 mm
(that's 4.27 inches) wide. The industry-standard measuring rim is 70% of
the section width. Yes, I know that is circular logic.
4.5 is the width inside the wheel rims in inches
J means it is a steel rim? JJ means an alloy rim? I never did know this one.
13" means it is a 13-inch diameter wheel.
SD or SL: I haven't a clue.
