They aren't conversions, they were built that way at the factory. If you
take a close look at one of the RHD mail Jeeps, you'll see that it has
very little in common with the commercial and military models. It's
virtually a different vehicle, built specially for the Postal Service.
In this area most of them have been phased out of service and sold off
to the public. They've been replaced by RHD mini-trucks, also specially
built for the USPS.
