Well, whatever it is it ain't an Ace.  That's not to say it isn't
an AC of some sort.  Does he know what year it is?  Doesn't sound
like anything post Ace/Cobra to me.  In fact the Healey idea sound 
closer.

BTW, what was the name of that jpg file again?  I deleted your last
post.
