Minnesota might be a good place to search. Anyone who listens to
Garrison Keilor's Public Radio show "A Prairie Home Companion"
knows that one of their regular sponsors is The American Duck
Tape Council. They often run commercials, complete with sounds
of ducks quacking in the background.
How did this get started? Any resourceful LBC driver will include
in the toolkit: Duck tape, coat hanger wire, visegrips, and a
three-foot piece of 2X4.
