Rare flower spotted

Saw a Lotus Eclat on the morning commute!  Tried to follow it, in 
hopes of persuading the owner to display it in my club's annual 
Father's Day Britcar show, but it turned onto a restricted government 
installation and was gone.  Got the license number, tho, so maybe I 
can track it down.
