Problem Seats in Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow

I recently purchased a RR SIlver Shadow.  I'm quite pleased with the car 
overall, but I am having problems with the comfort of the driver's seat.
The seat does not provide enough lower back support for me.  Does anyone 
have suggestions on getting the seats modified or modernized? 

I wonder if this is because I am 6'1''.  Maybe I could just get two
vertebrae removed?

Any pointers would be appreciated!!
