I too have had success with the Eastwood stainless steel coating.  The
coat was applied 1-1/2 years (but only 1600 miles) ago, and still looks
good.  I sandblasted the manifold long and hard, put on one heavy coat
with a foam brush.  In the interest of marital harmony (futile, in the
event) I did not bake it in the oven.  It presumably cured weeks later
when the engine was started.
