Dream on. 4.5"

Bugeye and other "plain" steel wheels = 13 X 3.5"

Wire wheels = 13 X 4"

"Two-piece Paddy Hopkirk" and Rostyle (look like MGB) = 13 X 4.5"

These last are heavy, too.  A 5.5 alloy and Yoko autocross tire wighed
less than the bare Paddy Hopkirk.
