In that same issue of C.A.R. (August '93 !?!) the classifieds list a '67 AH
3000 Mk III, frame-off restoration for $22,000. [412-446-7766]
On another subject recently debated here, this issue also has a short
article on the merits of Novus Plastic Polish for convertible rear
windows. The author liked it, and although he spent two hours getting his
window just right, "the results were definitely worth the effort".
And you thought you were the only one on the list who get Classic Auto
Restorer, Roland. I took advantage of their "two years for the price of
one" special several months ago and have enjoyed it ever since. A recent
series on engine rebuilds was excellent; there's always plenty of features
and a gaggle of how-to articles.
