Y'know, I've kind of wondered about the use of internet for the various
weird newsgroups like the alt.sex.* and various others. Let's face it,
there's some pretty raw stuff out there. Maybe somebody somewhere decided
to peruse alt.sex.talk or something. I believe there could be a case for
illegality in some circumstances. Which has nothing to do with rebuilding
Strombergs (sorry, I don't have any SUs), but is using the same transmission
method.

Look at the dichotomy here - no satellite transponder owner will lease time
to an X-rated service (even scrambled) because of legal issues, but lots
of strange stuff gets sent on internet. 

Personally, I can see some higher-up type reading the wrong newsgroup and
getting DARNed upset!

All IMHO, of course.
