Looking for a Spitfire

As I was wrenching on the race car (for 6 hours) last night in the RPI student
auto shop, one of the guys there mentioned that he was looking for one and was 
willing to travel south and west if need be to come up with a solid body.
He's ok on bad mechanicals, but doesn't want to mess with rust. Anyone know of 
a car available? I'm sure he's not really picky about MkI vs 1500.
