If you live in the bay area and like GREAT BEER read on......
I was just in the bat area on my road trip from Oregon. I notice that lots
of the the people on this car net are from the bay area. Have you guys ever
got together to BS about cars in some of the BONZA pubs you are blessed with
down there. I went to one called the Pelican Inn somewhere in the Goldon gate
natural area. the roads you must drive on to get there would be so much fun to
drive along in your LBCs. There is also a great one in Albany just near
Berkleycalled "Pub", not such a nice place (full of hippy students (sorry if
I've
insulted anyone)) but has some good beers eg Newcastle brown on tap. Also
just past Bolder Creek which is just past Felton which is near Santa Cruz
I found a great Brit pub called the "The White Cockade" (aka the white cock
inn)It has great beer on tap eg McEwens Export, Fulers, Newcy Brown. It also
has great Pub dinners and shows Eastenders via satelite TV!!!
There is also a great Pub in Sacramento, name and location escape me. There
arelots more but I only had 5 days down there.
