I just replaced the clutch master on my Spitfire. I ordered a generic
Girling master from Pegasus Racing at a savings of ~ $30 over Brit parts
places. There were two differences. The pushrod was threaded for an
adjustable clevis, and the reservoir bore was at 90 degrees to the
cylinder bore. The latter doesn't make any real difference. However,
I had to use my old pushrod.
