Try GEICO.  The only problem with them is if you ever have a claim 
they will cancel you.  But you do get that one claim and they are
fairly cheap.  I think I pay $300 every 12 months for full coverage.

Or maybe it's $300 for every 6 months?  Ask my wife to be sure.
