Should be fuel *system* cleaner, of course.  The whole point with the
filter is that you throw it away when it gets nasty.  I'm hoping that
there's something simple, like a restriction from crud in the line
between the fuel pump and the carbs.  Maybe I'll try blowing it out 
with compressed air the next time I'm over at Andy's house.  (Why does
that make me think of the old prank where you call someone and tell
them you're from the phone company and you're going to be blowing
the dust out of the lines the next day, so will they please put a
cloth over all the phones in their house?)

Also, I still don't know why the ungulocopulatory coil is heating up the
way it is.  As long as it keeps working I don't particularly care, but
it seems like the kind of thing that is likely to stop working sometime
soon.  I'll still point it out to Rockwell tomorrow.
