About 20 years ago I knew a man who owned a 1934 Aston Martin
which had been a winner at LeManns. He owed me a modist sum of
money. After he paid me the money I found out that he had sold
the Aston Martin to raise the money. Had I known sooner I'd
have happily taken the car instead of the money!

I have a few others that got away but that was the worst.
