There is a company in England called "Dynic" that markets a D.I.Y.
nickel-plating
kit. They advertise in "Classic Bike" magazine. On monday I will post more
complete info, e.g. prices, address.... It seems to me that the price was about
38 pounds including shipping. The kit includes electrodes and chemicals. You
provide a plastic tub, and a power supply. I think that a car batter works
too. ( Make that "car battery"; this is not a screen editor.) A magazine
article that I read named the plating process by name; it seemed to me at the
time that it should be possible to buy the same chemicals _HERE_.
