I've posted several times one of the more successful mods AND is does not
show easily, is placing a low profile twin elec fan in push mode in front of
the condenser along with a 160-180deg t'stat to control it. This is
relatively inexpensive, no rocket science install, it fits, does not butcher
the B, and really works, whether at idle or high speed. Many cars today
use this approach of combining mech and elec fans.
