I checked out this page, and these people are so full of shit, I can smell
it.

100% Propylene Glycol?  Ok, so it's regular antifreeze.  And so it doesn't
have water in it - it will when you mix it (It still requires a 50/50 mix,
just like regular coolant)   As far as detonation and pulling more power
from your motor - Good grief.  People fall for this?
