Four barrel Carb And headers

Has anyone ever put headers on their 351W? If so what kind did you use?
Also if you have put a four barrel carb on it what kind of intake and
carb did you use? What Ford 351W cars came with a four barrel carb in
1975. That would probably be the most easy way to put a four barrel carb
