Dimmer Switch

My dimmer switch acted up once:  it would turn the lights on and off, but not
dim them.  I discovered it had come partially unplugged under the carpet.
When I plugged it in everything worked fine.  Yours may be unplugged, or the
connections in the plugs need cleaned.  Good luck.
