I was curoius if anyone has any experience with Porsche 914's. I went to my
first race on Saturday, it was with a porsche racing club, and I was
floored. I feel a little guilty because I kept my car passions from the
group. With a brickin and a 65 mustang, an autocross race-track is no place
for my cars.
Aside from the entire redesign project that someone on the list is
undertaking, are bricklins destined to handle sub-par? And does anyone have
experiece with the 914's and who all races on this list? I am about ready
to sell my soul to get behind the wheel at the next autocross.
I rememebr some discussion regarding the tork link on the rear suspension.
Is this question applicable for '74's and what was the recommended course of
action? Are there sway bars available? Strut braces? Thanks for listening

About $1800 and two weeks away from owning a 74 914
Apparently the engine is from a volkswagen? Arrghh! I had promised myself
I would never own a volkswagen, would I be breaking my own trust?
