in order to get a vintage plate when u walk into the dmv?

I did this two weeks ago. It consisted of me just walking into the DMV with the
title to my car, saying that I wanted to register it as a "vintage vehicle",
and paying them about $60. When I went in, they were out of the vintage plates,
so they gave me a temporary paper "plate" and sent me the real plates in the
mail. Easy!
