Hello,
I'm a friend of Paul Jaroch (a member of your
club), and I'm looking for a few people who (A)
might be interested in playing cricket, or (B)
umpiring a cricket game. Our last game of the
season is in Layton on Sat Sept 10th, and we
could really use a few more players. Our team
ranges from 18 years-old up to 47, with most
players in their 40's. There are 4 teams in
Utah, and we're trying to build up the sport.
I'm guessing there may be a few Anglophiles in
the Motor Club who have a bit of cricket in their
background. Most of our players grew up playing
the game, but we do have several beginners who
have taken it up, so don't let lack of experience
put you off.
