OK, finally looks like I can get away to attend the Tour. So I went to the
site, and it says:

Online registration is not currently available for this event.
Huh?? Can someone mail me offline (use pht1@pge.com so that I get it in a
reasonable time) who can explain why? Is it filled up? If so, is there a
wait list?
(It's deja vu because I could not early commit last year either, and when I
did get online they had major congestion problems.)
