I'd start with #3 if it's an oversteer on exit problem and everything else
(turn in and mid corner)is okay. I think you probably want 1/8-1/4" toe in.
In addition, what does the toe do under acceleration. You might find that it
toes out on accel, and your 1/16" out is 1/4" or more out when the rear squats.
Take the springs out and go through your ride motion and see what happens (or
have Jack weight the rear while it's on the alignment rack to simulate squat.)
Your car does look like it's pretty soft, but obviously it works pretty well.
You might want to stiffen it up, just try not to lose the balance that you have.
You might find that with your low weight and great power that the problem is
more related to the right side of the driver's footwell area, and that one of
the pedals needs to be squeezed a little more gently... :-)
