No matter what there has to be 5 minutes between runs, even if you have
2 drivers or get a rerun.  So if you get a rerun, proceed back to your
grid spot and wait to be released by the grid guy/gal.

Another interesting one is that the cars need to be on grid 30 minutes
before the heat starts.
