That's ok. The first 100 feet of the "drink" side are under the jurisdiction
of BCDC. Both of the really conservative people at BCDC drive old Volvo
wagons; The rest just, dare I say it, "bike it". We don't want to talk to
their staff for any reason.

This is worth another attempt even though I can't help but remembering that
line in the theme from the old "Beverly Hillbillies" television show, "
...and up from the ground came a' bubbling crude" Try not to laugh. The
lawyers won't.
