Not the case. It's the same concrete.
Pat and I wore out a brand new set of Hoosiers on our Camaro during a
Divisional on that site. The $750 price tag tire budget blown in two days
made us wary about running that car there again.
Prior to the Tour, event chair Chris Cox made sure it was swept with a
mechanicval sweeper to remove the top layer.
