SEB replied (to crankshaft question only) 2/25/97

Had a discussion with Kathleen Barnes regarding
documenting Howard's opinion if the SEB shared it.
(I have no record of it.)

BTW, There is a grand total of one individual active in
Stock, Street Prepared, or Prepared (where the SEB has
a great deal to say about the competitiveness of individual
makes) who has actually won an open title in a Lotus during
the last six years.
