I was not addressing class legality, only the need to properly
display correct numbers and class letters on the car.
Correct in this context is simply the class entered.
I was once temporarily failed at tech in Sacramento for
having no class letters on the car, so I think it fair of
me to assume that Sacramento performs this check.
