Why not just create a claim class, similar to GRM 2001 Challenge? Pick a
ceiling (how about $3000). You can run any car, any level of prep, but be
prepared to have it claimed for $3000.
This way you can be measured on how well a driver, mechanic, engineer, and
accountant you are.
