I think anything that keep a PAID member from racing whether they have the
card or not (due to mailing lead-time from HQ) is a disgrace.
They paid thier money, they have the paperwork to prove it.
Ya, sucks in a way its such a popular sport...but who do you disqualify
next when the worst possible thing happens..like everyone gets thier
memberhsip cards?
